Set up and create your own interview questions within the Podium system as part of the standard assessment process. Include other assessments together with the interviews and administer them remotely via email invitation all in one place.
Write the question text, set the amount of time a candidate has to read and consider their responses, and set the allotted response time. The video interview system monitors the reading and response time, presenting the candidate with clear times are recording information.
Recorded videos are made available to review by an administrator and score, either with a basic five-point rating system with comments, or more advanced STAAR scale scoring system.
